What does "Sleek" mean?

A friend today asked me what sleek meant and I fumbled an answer ... I knew but it was sort of hard to explain. So I did what every modern man does once in a while ... I googled its definition.

There are a number of explanations but this is the one I liked the most: 

streamlined: designed or arranged to offer the least resistant to fluid flow; "a streamlined convertible"

Foxy 25 ... a real sleek fox ;-)

I really like this Foxy 25. Alu keel and double bulb. With a teak deck ... really skeek. 

Tripp 37, do you know where to find infos on this boat?

I found this pic on a broker website and it was displayed with the name Tripp 37. Tripp design however does not present it as a product. It looks quite sleek right? Do you know anything about it?

This is the Frederik Chopin a fantatic sleek Polish sail boat. I did not want to post it because it does not fit the theme of the blog but I considered ... what the heck ... an exception once in a while is pretty cool.

This is the H-boat (one of the four) of Århus Sail Club. We were out the other evening for a nice time. 

Why the H-boat is sleek? it is fast, it is small, it handles nicely and ... used it costs about 1/10 of any other boat posted so far in the blog ... some could even find it for 1/20 of the price :-) ... sleek ;-)

Hello folks out there,

I really like sleek sailboats the ones that you can take out and sail nice and fast for an afternoon or just a couple of hours after work. It is not that I do not like big ones  ... who doesn't ... but I really wanted to collect here pictures and experiences from sailing relatively small and fast sailboats ... so here it goes this blog.
